A 300Brand Account Coordinator supports digital marketing, social media, public relations, events, and communication programs for clients in the Government IT industry. Account coordinators have the opportunity to take on a wide variety of projects and responsibilities in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment. Location: 300Brand Headquarters, Alexandria, Virginia (hybrid and remote friendly)Classification: Regular, full-time position. This position is salaried, non-exempt and eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act.Hear what our clients say about working with us: ResponsibilitiesAssist and support the 300Brand team in managing client accounts. Project types include but are not limited to digital marketing, events, and public relations programsDigital marketing responsibilities include:Coordinate and support all aspects of digital marketing programs, including execute demand generation campaigns, draft web copy, marketing copy, and social media copy; and manage deliverables for programs from start to finish with instruction and support from senior team member Account administration, as needed (e.g., organizing files, tracking deadlines, scheduling meetings, etc.)Event responsibilities include:Coordinate and support all aspects of in-person events and webinars including developing marketing content, managing registrations, managing sponsor deliverables, assisting with event logistics, securing and preparing speakers, and developing program and promotional materials with instruction and support from senior team memberAccount administration, as needed (e.g., organizing files, tracking deadlines, scheduling meetings, etc.)Public relations responsibilities include:Coordinate and support all aspects of media outreach with instruction and support from senior team member, including media list development and maintenance, pitch development, press release development, press outreach, and coverageresults reportingDevelop the first draft of written content (e.g., press release, media pitches, byline, etc.)Research speaking opportunities, events, awards, and media trendsinsightsAccount administration, as needed (e.g., organizing files, tracking deadlines, scheduling meetings, etc.)General responsibilities and expectations include:Conduct research of client's business and public sector IT industry to maintain a current knowledge baseMaintain proactive, clear, and consistent communication with internal colleagues to meet project deadlinesCollaborate across internal teams including creative, digital services, research, and contentDeliver highly responsive service and build positive relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external)Build awareness and understanding of 300Brand's portfolio of servicesAssist with administrative tasks as neededAttend and participate in office staff meetings and required education trainingsReport to management any problems in implementing 300Brand policies andor in performing job functionsEducation, Skills Required, and Other RequirementsBA or BS degree; Marketing, PR, or Communications preferredStrong oral and written communication skills -- must be able to edit and proof for clarity, consistencyStrong attention to detailAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work as a member of a teamAbility to organize and prioritize work under pressureAbility to generate ideas and think creativelyAbility to facilitate organization of project details, track and follow through on personal deadlinesAbility to take initiative and be a problem solverHigh energy and positive attitudeAbility to utilize technology, including computers, marketing software, and telecommunication devicesAbility to work 8-hour shifts or more as required by 300BrandAbility to travel for meetings and training as required by 300BrandAbility to sit and stand for up to periods of four (4) hours.Ability to lift up to fifteen (15) lbs. in an office environment.We offer a comprehensive benefits package including generous PTO, robust medical plans, telework options and office perks like paid parking and metro reimbursement if you choose to work in the office.
