This opportunity allows you to immerse yourself in a diverse range of labor-related legal matters and make a meaningful impact on employee rights and advocacy. The firms only work with plaintiff representation related to Labor & Employment Law. Responsibilities: Engage in a variety of labor-related legal matters, such as collective bargaining, wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, and employee rights. Conduct thorough legal research and draft articulate legal documents. Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple tasks with precision. Qualifications: Admission to the CA state bar with good standing. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication skills. Experience in Employment and Labor law, including internships or clerkships is a plus. Senior Attorney qualifications are a plus for motivated candidates (Class Action litigation, managing complex labor law cases, and leadership skills). Additional Information: Location: Beverly Hills, CA. Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
