Our vision is rooted in the holistic culturally relevant educational process, emphasizing physical, spiritual, intellectual, relational, and communal development. This is a full-time on-site role in Decatur, GA. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans and curricula, organizing field trips, maintaining academic records, and communicating with parents and guardians. The Lead Teacher will also participate in staff meetings and collaborate with our team and school community with fundraising and community events. We are specifically looking for Pre-k through second-grade teachers.
