Emerge is seeking an HR Professional for a large manufacturing client company!This position requires a proactive and multifaceted HR professional capable of managing diverse responsibilities with a focus on achieving organizational goals and fostering a positive work environment. The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous improvement and be adept at navigating complex HR challenges.1. Training Coordination:Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar to ensure all production employees receive essential training for skill and knowledge enhancement.Regularly engage with new employees within the first 0-90 days, utilizing standard questions to gather key feedback data crucial for effective new hire assimilation into the organization.Review training effectiveness during the initial 90 days and coordinate between department Subject Matter Experts (SPA's), ensuring the closure of identified items.Evaluate training outcomes through post-training assessments and feedback sessions.Present summarized reports and recommendations to Plant leadership as part of ongoing new hire follow-up.2. HR Support:Provide assistance across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.Act as a point of contact for employees' HR-related queries, offering accurate and timely information and guidance.Maintain meticulous employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.Engage in change management, continuous improvement, organizational effectiveness, and organizational development.Oversee Affirmative Action reporting.Manage compliance issues such as EEOAAP, FLSA, and FMLA.Ensure effective strategic communications within the organization.Undertake any other duties as required to support HR and organizational objectives.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• 5 years experience in Human Resources with 2 years in Automotive Aerospace Medical Device Manufacturing• I-TAR Compliant• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:• PHR, SPHR & MBA are a plus.• Strong ability to multi-task and connect at all levels in the organization• Familiarity with HR practices, policies, and regulations.• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.• Professionalism, confidentiality, and a customer-service mindset.If you are interested this position, please click "apply now".
