Centuri is currently a subsidiary of public company and regulated utility Southwest Gas Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:SWX). Centuri recently filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering (IPO) of Centuri's common stock, which, if successfully completed, would establish Centuri as a standalone public company with new SEC reporting requirements. Reporting to the Manager of External Reporting, you will be responsible for the preparation of various supporting schedules, disclosures, and memorandums in support of SEC filings.
