About Us:Our client is a prestigious CPA firm specializing in comprehensive financial solutions for high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses. Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Brentwood, Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business management, particularly with high-net-worth clients, and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 6 clients, providing tailored financial guidance, and overseeing the work of one bookkeeper on the team. Experience with estates and trusts is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, building strong relationships and understanding their financial goals and needs.Oversee the work of one bookkeeper, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.Stay abreast of changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends, and proactively communicate relevant updates to clients.Requirements:Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or related field.Proven experience in business management, preferably with high-net-worth clients.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel is essential.Experience with AgilLink software is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.Location and Working Environment:This position is 100% on-site at our office in Brentwood, Los Angeles.
