Are you a Tool Setter looking for a role with a career path? LeachGarner, a divison of the Richline Group is looking for an experienced Tool Setter to join our precious metals manufacturing team in Attleboro. As a Tool Setter you will play a crucial role in ensuring machines function properly and produce consistent quality products.4-10 hours shifts Monday - Thursday and Fridays off! $22 - $25 per hour 40-hours per weekWhat you will do: Install and set up tooling systems, including pins, guides, and other componentsFine-tune and adjust tooling settings to ensure precise operation and dimensional accuracyPerform calibration procedures using precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and gaugesConduct routine maintenance tasks on tooling systemsReplace worn or damaged components as neededIdentify and troubleshoot issues with tooling systems during production and take prompt corrective actionsMonitor production output and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specificationsAdjust tooling as necessary to achieve desired quality levelsMaintain accurate records of tooling setups, adjustments, and maintenance activities • Adhere to safety protocols and proceduresFollow proper lockouttagout procedures when performing maintenance on machineryWear proper PPE at all timesWhat you need to bring:2+ years experience as a tool setter in a manufacturing environmentGood math skillsExperience using micrometers, calipers and related hand toolsProficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and schematicsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of machine operation and maintenance principlesAttention to detail and accuracy in workCommitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvementExcellent attendanceHigh School Diploma or GEDPhysical and work condition requirements of the position:Visual acuity • Reaching, bending and stoopingStanding and walking throughout 8-10-hour shiftAbility to lift 25+ poundsAbility to push and pull with forceWhat we offer: 80 hours of paid holiday time per year80 hours paid vacation to startPaid personal days40 hours sick leave accrued per year401(k) Plan with a company matchMedical and dental insuranceVision Plan and prescription drug coveragePaid Parental LeaveFlexible Spending AccountCompany paid life insuranceLong-term disability plansCorporate discount program •Annual Incentive Bonus ProgramLeachGarner offers the industry's most comprehensive melt to market precious metal products and technical expertise.
