Although we are a Fortune 100 company, our office of only 10 people makes it feel like a much more tight-knit.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job:Target and build relationships with licensed health insurances agentsbrokers via phone, email, and in person meetings (leads provided) to sell Allstate's group health insurance productsProspect, execute RFPs, and facilitate the full sales cycleEvaluate agent performance and continually recruit new agentsProvide guidance to agents in developing selling strategies to obtain new and retain existing businessTravel throughout Texas and Louisana relevant sales meetings and seminars (10%+)Actively utilize the internal sales tracking system to validate and record sales calls, quotes, and recruited brokersContinually consult with agents throughout the sales processProvide timely communication to agents on product offerings, network changes, rate changes and plan designsObtain a LifeA&H license in state of residence and any other state that the incumbent conducts businessRequired Skills And Competencies:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill andor ability required.
