The role of the Account Executive involves developing and implementing sales strategies and plans geared toward achieving company objectives. Commissions are uncapped and feature residual earnings!Anticipated pay range: $75,000-$100,000+.Responsibilities:Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activities, goals, and quota expectationsMake 100+ outbound calls per daySet qualified appointments for the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureSource new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, email and outbound calls.Understand how to uncover customer needs and requirementsUnderstand our product and services offerings to present solutionsResearch accounts, identify key players, and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospectsTeam with partners to build a pipeline and close dealsInput documentation for all sales and marketing activities, as well keep accurate progress notes and client updates in LINK's CRM.Requirements:Interest in joining a fast-paced, entrepreneurial firm, working with driven individuals who have fun while working hardExceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personalityExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent organizational skillsDocumented success in consistently achieving sales quotasStrong work ethic with a passion to work hardMust be able to get in and out of an automobile multiple times per day and sit for extended periods while driving territoryWe are eager to welcome you to our team.
