Job Description:

Associate Director is responsible for developing comprehensive supply plans, reconciling supply and demand, optimizing inventory management and contributing to the S&OP process and strategy in the US market. Collaboration with internal and external partners is essential.Planning and ExecutionProvide essential input and support to ensure alignment between supply and demand, contributing to the development of robust and effective S&OP strategies.Create a Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all suppliers, including Contract Manufacturing (CMO's)The scope includes planning and executing the proposal.Responsible for importingreturning bulk to CMO.Financial OutcomeEnsure agreed safety stock is maintained.Ensure contract fees to CMO's and Track & Trace vendors are inline with the budget.Operation and ImprovementResponsible for continuous improvement of Global S&OP Process and supply chain processInnovationDrive digital transformation of S&OP process. Leverage Supply Chain Planning (SCP) and OpERA (i.e SAPERP) tool implemented globally.Develop supply plans to support new commercial product introductions.Talent Development and Organization GrowthManage OPUS Supply Chain Team. Oversee and provide guidance on production strategy manager's day-to-day activities.Promote supply chain excellence.ExternalInternal RelationshipExternal stakeholders include Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO's) and Track and Trace vendors. Internal stakeholders include OPUS Market Access including Third Party Logistics as well as Global Supply chain entities in CMC & Production.Maintain relationships with CMO, vendor representatives and S&OP stakeholders including seniorexecutive members involved in the process.Educational RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Supply ChainManufacturing Operations-related disciplinesExperience3+ years of experience in global pharmaceutical supply chainUS importation experienceExperience in participating in the S&OP processSupply planning tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systemsExperience in using Track & Trace tools, preferableSkills and Abilities:Technical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Cognitive Skills (e.g., Mathematical, Reasoning)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.LanguageInterpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to create and make informative and persuasive presentations appealing to a diverse audience.Working Conditions:Physical DemandsWork is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing, walking, grasping, and liftingmoving up to 15 pounds (e.g. in order to shred documents, to maintain a neat and organized work environment, and to lift paper supplies, and large boxes and files).Work EnvironmentThe noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.Business TravelThis role requires the incumbent to travel up to 10% of the time.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
