Job Description:

BASIC PURPOSE: As a key member of the Corporate Talent Management team, creates and leads the project management and execution of critical talent and learning programs for shoreside team members within the integrated talent strategy.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate closely with the VP Talent to ensure the annual Talent Review processes are launched, project managed, and carried out on time and in line with expectations.Manage the list of Talent Review actions, assigning tasks to relevant stakeholders, collaborating with them to ensure they are completed on time, measuring and monitoring progress.Lead the company's mentorship program, identifying mentors and mentees, matching the pairs, providing guidance, managing expectations and providing support to each pair throughout the assignment, following up and taking corrective action, when necessary.Project manage the annual summer internship program, in close collaboration with the Director, Talent Acquisition, from concept to program closure, owning the post-hire weekly events program and collaborating closely between TA, hiring managers, interns, HRBPs and the Leadership Team.Support the VP Talent with the annual performance management process, ensuring communications are written and launched on schedule, expectations are clear, progress is monitored and managed, partnering closely with the HRBPs, people managers and employees, consolidating results and creating follow-up plans.Oversee and manage the Rising Stars program, working closely with the VP Talent, HRBPs, external vendors and program participants, measuring feedback, satisfaction and alignment with Talent Review and other identified development needs.Take overall ownership of the PeopleSoft LMS, collaborating closely with the VP Talent on the overarching strategy and the Talent Specialist on the administration.Perform other job-related functions as assigned.KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, learning and talent or Business AdministrationEXPERIENCE: Minimum 7 years' experience, ideally in talent management, learning and development or as an HR Business Partner, who has led talent management and learning programs. Previous Learning Management System administration experience or working knowledge preferred.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Strong project management knowledge, skills and experience.Passionate about data and used to presenting it in different ways, according to the needs of the audience.Builds strong, effective and collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders.Possess strong EQ skills and is able to thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment.Confidently delivers expectations, proposes efficiencies and improvement opportunities.Strong growth mindset, comfortable with creating projects and processes and mapping fortable with evolving, new directions and inputs throughout the project lifecycle.Previous working knowledge of a Learning Management System and its administration.
