Originally known as Western PA Rubber, the company now operates as a full-line, year-round force in the marketplace and offers a variety of rubber and hose products.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing existing accounts, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. The role will be primarily located in Ellwood City, PA, with flexibility for some remote work.QualificationsInside Sales and Account Management skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong customer service skills and ability to ensure customer satisfactionDemonstrated ability to generate leads and follow up on sales opportunitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quicklyExperience in the industrial distribution industry is a plusAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
