Job Description:

Growing Company seeks experienced Senior Project Manager to provide oversight of projects. There are two to three-year projects with potential follow-on work. Knowledge of health care construction, processes, procedures and reporting. Ability to manage a complex, multi-division construction from initial site development to final commissioning and handover. This an on-site position support a 5+ year effort)Responsibilities:- Leads and enforces the safety policies and procedures and addresses non-compliance among all employees, subcontractors and vendors.- Conducts daily huddles to promote communication, resolve issues and share ideas, so the projects are expeditiously and profitably constructed.- Directs creation of project schedule with the Superintendent and execution- Maximizes cash flow by aggressively adhering to the project invoicing schedule and ensures the team accurately documents and submits all receivables, quantity as-builts, change orders and claims.- Works to maximize savings in the cost, labor and other cost budgets.- Produces complete subcontracts and ensures all subcontractors execute to the agreement and the company's standards. - Ensures the required documentation is received in a timely manner.- Estimates, prices and negotiates owner initiated extra work, change of scope items, and contract deletions to maximize profits.- Actively develops client relations to generate opportunities for new work.- Actively participates in Marketing and Estimating department activities to develop capture plans, teaming strategies,ExperienceQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Mgt a major plus15+ years of healthcare construction management experienceExperience in construction and renovation projects in excess of $70M Experience with e-Builder, Revit, Smartsheet, Procore, and scheduling software is preferredKnowledge of AIA contracts for design and construction
