Your ideas are our your role, you willAdhere to General Work RequirementsFacilitate technical training courses and programs, for example, advertising and scheduling of courses, rooms, equipment and coordinating course evaluationsAssist in development of curriculum, materials, and teaching aids, for example, training handbooks, demonstration models, video content, and reference workbooksCoordinate with quality team on audits and training related issuesCoordinate and maintain inventory of purchased training materialsPerform data entry, record keeping, and tracking of personnel training and certification requirements, training attendance, and course evaluations for internal use as well as documented compliance with regulatory agencies and customersCoordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for personnel attending off-site training as required by assigned sitePerforms other duties as assigned. As our ideal candidateTypically a minimum of 3 years aircraft maintenance work experience or substantiated equivalent experienceTypically a minimum of 1 year corporate commercial jet experienceExperience in developing and administering technical training programs Interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships with regulatory agencies and representatives, all levels of management team, suppliers, and other departments and sites throughout Bombardier AerospaceBasic knowledge of heavy maintenance practices within business andor regional aircraft industry as required by assigned siteBasic knowledge of training system development and administration principlesBasic knowledge of FAR training regulations part 145 and 163Working knowledge of training techniques and video productionWorking knowledge of education instructional techniques and designPlanning and organizational skills necessary to plan, prioritize, and coordinate workload within a multiple project settingTraining skills necessary to create, deliver, and evaluate curriculum and materials Computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, training, email, and web-based applicationsPresentation skillsVerbal and written communication skillsADDITIONAL DESIREDPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in video productionA&P licenseBachelors in a related field (aviation, education, etc) Bombardier is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
