They self-perform all their work and have projects ranging from $1Mill - $15Mill.Due to the company's continual growth, they are now looking for an experienced heavy civil project manager to join the team.Your new role .This is a cradle to grave position where you will estimate your own projects and then manage the project lifecycle from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include planning, budgeting, scheduling as well as maintaining the responsibility of claims management and documentation. You will have constant interactions with suppliers, vendors, owners and managers and require effective communications skills.What you'll need to succeedA bachelor's degree along with at least 5+ year's experience working within the civil construction sector. Construction, design and management experience would be highly regarded. You will have exceptional communication skills as well as the ability to multi task and drive on time results.
