This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success while shaping the future of software consulting.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Leadership team to set the strategic direction for salesbusiness development activities to achieve sales growth, grow our customer base, and reach forecasted sales goal.Own and define end-to-end sales process for high-touch motions and follow-up activities including sales-enablement materials, cadences, and KPI reporting.Conduct sales activities such as outbound calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and pitches.Identify target markets and key accounts for selling MILL5 service offerings.Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects, focused on end-to-end conversion.Drive full adoption of Salesforce by utilizing CRM for external outreach and weekly KPI reporting.Collaboratively craft proposals and SOWs with our delivery managers for each prospect to bring the deal to closure.Cultivate and manage relationships with strategic partners to increase opportunities for work expansion and referrals.Work with existing clients to farm for new opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree with at least 3 years of sales experience, focusing on the B2B software space.Track record selling software services which leverage Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.Experience speaking to technical solutions within the finance, healthcaremedical device, energyutilities, retail and consumer, and manufacturing industries.Deep understanding of lead development, booking meetings, opportunity nurturing and client conversion.Proven track record of closing over $2.0M in deals per year with consistent over attainment of quotas.Hands-on experience working with sales tools such as Salesforce, Account Engagement, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Outgoing, self-starter, and highly polished individual with stellar written and oral skills.Ability to travel between 30% to 50%.Why Work at Our Client Company?At Our Client Company, we offer an energetic work environment with unlimited opportunities for both professional and personal growth.
