This associate would need to have the ability to draft impactful motions, pleadings, attend hearings, and assist in trials. This candidate needs to not only have instinctual civil litigation skills but deploy fierce advocacy while maintaining professional decorum. The writing content required from this associate must be succinct, legally on point, and impactful.
