This position plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and the ideal candidate will reside in Southern California or Phoenix, Arizona. The DSM is expected to set achievable and strategic goals and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market share and profitability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives.Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.Solicit professional technicians, both in-person and remotely, to win business for our distributors and sign them up for our installer network. (Installer targets include all types of automotive repair centers, municipal and commercial fleet prospects, and National accountsregional and local chains within the Southwest region)Collaborate with warehouse distributors to sell more Powerstop products, train sales representatives, manage inventory, and check warranty parts.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, clients, and partners.Respond promptly to installer inquiries and distributor needs, maintain accurate records of installer interactions, and update all transactions.Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of the sales team.Develop and manage budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources, track expenses and implement cost control measures while maximizing return on investment.Regularly review and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.Stay abreast of industry trends and new product developments, sharing relevant information with the sales team and ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Other duties as assigned.Core Responsibilities:Model PowerStop's core values and behaviors as outlined in the Mission StatementFirst - Do The Right Thing - Win as a Team - Focus on the Customer - Act with Urgency - Drive ResultsRepresent Power Stop professionally.Always follow all company Environmental and Safety policies and procedures.Treat everyone with respect and dignity, valuing diverse perspectives and experiences.Act with honesty, transparency, and ethical behavior in all dealings and maintain the highest standards of integrity.Embrace change and encourage a flexible approach to evolving market conditions.
