Job Description:

We are looking for an R&D Lab Specialist for a top fashion company in Columbus, OH. Assists in the lab with routine tasks, tests and evaluations of beauty products to determine compliance with specifications and performance or packaging standards. Tracks testing status, documents results and communicates cross-functionally for all R&D and Package related testing. This position is based out of the Columbus office.Responsibilities:Assist R&D Lab Specialist I in daily tasks.Responsible for maintaining and documenting testing status and results throughout the entire processResponsible for managing samples throughout testing process: receipt, testing start, evaluation at required timepointsFill and assemble samples for testingConducts daily tasks as needed: cleaningrecycling, retaining samples per protocol, opening mail, shipping samples when necessary, labeling and putting samples on testProvides support to other cross-functional partners in the lab space when needed: QA and MFERequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree0-3 years experienceIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
