Ground Up is desirable, but attitude and values are essential. Ensure timely review and approval by architects and engineers so that there are no delays to scheduleEnsure that materials are being used where and how intendedMonitor field generated requests prior to commencement of extra workAssist with preparation of final punch list for all subcontractors and ensure all itemsare completed prior to release of retainage paymentEnsure as-built plan set is completed by superintendent
