The position will work closely with the Finance Department to initiate vendor payments, monitor lien releases, processing of foreign currency payments, as well as collections for assigned projects and clients.Job QualificationsBachelor's or Associates degree required.Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience performing project administration for a general contractor or subcontractorThorough knowledge of billinginvoicing using purchase orders and subcontractsExcellent time management and multi-tasking abilities; deadline-drivenJob ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with multiple project teams to ensure successful delivery of construction projectsComplete all documents and procedures necessary to administer new projects, contract to closeManage projected customer payments and retention amounts for projectsApprove change orders submitted by project management teamsAssist in obtaining weekly payroll information by projectPerform basic accounting and job costing tasksEnter vendor invoicesNELCO Worldwide is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
