Curate the experience for the customer, walking them through the RAILS storyDevelop and maintain long lasting client relationships by establishing a return client baseMaintain an accurate, efficient, and effective client bookEnsure image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of RAILS brandOpen and close the store as neededConsistently achieve personal and overall store sales goalsMaintain an active floor presenceAssist with organization and upkeep of both the front and back of houseRequirements:Passion for customer service, styling, and productFlexible availability.
