The Program Manager will work with cross-functional teams comprised of global categorycommodity management team members, BUDivision business partners, Procurement Business Partners, supply chain, buyers, planners, quality, the Procurement COE, finance, and other operations functions. In this role you will: Manage all Direct Procurement strategic programs with focus on achieving and exceeding financial and other key performance goals for Entegris. Strategic program examples are listed below for better understanding; Team MetricGoal oversight and progress reporting, including savings tracking. Cross-category project management for initiatives such as geo-political risk management, dual sourcing risk mitigation, raw material readiness for new sites, etc. Inventory Lead Time Optimization: Educating sourcing team on execution mechanics & levers to pull and providing progress reporting. Supplier Ramp Readiness: standardizing an ongoing process and ensuring that comprehensive assessments of supply base and ability to expand capacity is known and being mitigated. Standard Work Creation: Develop and manage compliance to standard process in conjunction with the Procurement Center of Excellence.BCP & Risk Management: Work with the quality organization to make sure that ISO and customer audits include the proper team members.Other Strategic Programs: Work closely with COE to make sure that financial and legal standards are up to date, any major escape within the system is corrected and long-term fixes are implemented. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in Direct Procurement roles with strong understanding of best practices; Program Project management experience required; Ability to indirectly lead teams, keep clean records and data, and maintaining close relationship with key stakeholders; Ability to adapt to changing project scopes, business dynamics and organizational needs. Comfortable with revising plans and strategies as required; Team player, outstanding collaboration skills; Familiarity with procurement tools and ERP systems (such as: SAP); The ideal candidate has a good understanding of semiconductor material and industry expectations; Good financial and data skills including experience with return-on-investment models and developing cost of ownership models; The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can meet goals with minimal supervision; Ability to influence up, down, and across the organization; Highly analytical in decision-making processes yet comfortable dealing with a high degree of ambiguity;Experience working in cross-cultural environment; prior experience with a multi-national company is desirable.
