We offer our premium loose leaf teas, microplastic-free pyramid sachets, biodegradable iced tea pouches, best-in-class teaware, and more to the hospitality and retail sector, and directly to consumers via our direct-to-consumer website.Role DescriptionWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Assistant to support our teamanufacturing operations. The Operations Assistant will work closely with the Operations Manager andother team members to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. This role is ideal forsomeone passionate about the food and beverage industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the tea manufacturing facility. Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders. Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement of raw materials and packaging supplies. Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records of production activities. Assist with quality control inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.Assist in training and onboarding new operations staff. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence as needed.Qualifications Bachelors degree from a 4-year college or university in business administration, operations management, or related field is preferred. 1-2 years of previous experience in office operations, administrative support, or related roles preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Good communication skills in both English and Spanish, written and verbal; bilingual proficiency is preferred. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.Strong analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPrior experience in operations management or related fieldAbility to provide exceptional customer serviceRelevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:Proficiency in Google WorkplaceExperience with data analysis toolsAbility to work well independently and as part of a team
