Job Description:

Our client is a North American leader and premier provider in Healthcare Transportation and Logistics. As part of their strategic growth plan, they are looking to add a Managing Director to their senior leadership team. Based in Boston MA and reporting directly to the CEO, the Managing Director will be responsible for the development and execution of the overall Operational business strategies around Transportation Operations, Facility Operations, Warehouse Operations, and Finance functions to meet corporate objectives. The right person will have 15+ years of management experience in transportation and logistics, ideally in the healthcare space, with a significant portion of that in a senior executive position. In addition, the right person will have excellent people, communication and managerial skills, strong organizational and problem solving skills and a desire to be part of a growing and successful company. Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and tactical levels is required to be successful in this role.This position comes with a very competitive compensation plan.
