We're seeking an experienced individual to join our safety team and take charge of creating a safe and compliant work environment in our prefabrication and manufacturing facility in Austell, Georgia.Education:Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field preferred.Certification(s):OSHA 501 training certification is required.Qualifications: Proven experience in safety management within fabrication and manufacturing settings.Strong knowledge of industrial hygiene principles and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs.Familiarity with OSHA general industry regulatory requirements and standards in the fabrication and manufacturing industry.Key Responsibilities.Conduct regular safety inspections and audits in our fabrication and manufacturing facilities.Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs tailored to the specific needs of our operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.Provide OSHA training compliant with 1910 regulations to employees and management, fostering a culture of vestigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.Utilize industrial hygiene skills to assess and mitigate potential health hazards in the workplace.Work Experience.5 years minimum work experience Pre-Employment Requirements.Drug ScreeningFit for DutyPay Benefits.Top Competitive Pay100% paid Medical, Life, and Disabilities.Voluntary Critical Illness, Dental, additional Life, VisionKisX, One Medical concierge health servicesEAP, Health and Wellness Program, Onsite Fitness Center401k Retirement Plan, Profit Sharing, and Financial Advisor Services
