Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving revenue growth in your assigned region. This is a key position that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. MUST HAVE PLANT-BASED SALES EXPERIENCE.DUTIES- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders- Attend trade shows and demonstrations as needed- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review- Stay up to date with industry trends, competition, and best practicesREQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field- Proven track record of success in sales in food service, plant-based experience a big plus- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), NetSuite or similar CRM software- Ability to analyze market data and make informed business decisions- Fluency in English, read and write a must- Culinary Skills to demonstrate products- Willingness to travel within the assigned regionIf you are a results-driven individual (closer) with a passion for food sales and strong communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
