Our Outside Sales Executives are primarily responsible for prospecting new business development, lead generation, transactionally selling the products, services, and solutions. The role is both a prospector and a hunter, providing consistent engagement to achieve personal and company sales goals. This is done primarily through in-person, virtually, telephone, and email communication, of which those skills must be outstanding. They will promote Charter Distribution product offerings to generate increased sales. Provide product support for our customers, and cover an assigned territory or group of accounts assigned by the company.Responsibilities:Call on assigned accounts promoting Charter Industries products and services.Responsible for prospecting as well as developing new business to expand new customer base by visiting potential customers.Travel and visit current customers to maintain relationship and address their needs with the highest proficiency.Evaluate, motivate, and train new as well as existing customers.Being accountable for profitable sales growth and meeting targeted monthly and annual Sales objectives and goals.Maintaining awareness in the development of sound marketing strategies, monitoring industry trends, attending conferences, and maintaining focus on company growth objectives with a goal of maintainingachieving a superior position in the industry in assigned territory.Generate and close sales leads.Be willing to hit quotas and key performance indicators every day.Gather and communicate market and customer information.Maintain customer records as well as keep records of visitssales.Clear, articulate, and consistent verbal communication that will effectively translate the value proposition to the itiate support for key sales initiatives.Provide feedback to management on a weekly working with the target market community through professional industry associations.Utilize and master our CRM system (Sales Pad).Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Superior salesmanship and demonstrated ability to understand consumer behavior and its relationship to achieving customer solutions.Proficiency in MS office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent oral, written communication and negotiation skills.Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to interface with colleagues and customers at all levels by virtue of professional competence, integrity and personal style.An independent, driven, self-motivated, passionate professional who has an exceptional personal work ethic, personal presence and presentation skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.Education andor Experience:Associate or Bachelor's degree in Sales or Business Administration preferred3-5 years of sales experience, working with the public, wholesale, or distribution industry preferredLocation: Greensboro, North CarolinaThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about sales.
