The General Manager will manage all aspects of gym operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, and supervising staff, as well as overseeing inventory, budgeting, and financial responsibilities. Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for managing member relations and ensuring a positive member experience, as well as developing and implementing strategies for business growth and profitability.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in business management or a related fieldExperience in the gymnastics industry is preferredHighly proficient in budget management, financial analysis, and personnel managementExceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staffExcellent customer service and conflict resolution skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyExperience with sales and marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and retentionProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with gym management softwareAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome candidates of all abilities and experience levels to apply.
