Outside Sales RepresentativeMust reside in Greater Pittsburgh area. Must have glass industry experience or experience working with glaziers. Trulite is GROWING! We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative for our Pittsburgh, PA location servicing Western Pennsylvania.A successful Outside Sales Representative will support the overall sales strategy by serving customers, selling products, and meeting customer's needs. Specifically, they will service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and, ultimately, closing the deal. They will provide feedback to the Regional Sales Manager and Branch Operations Manager regarding trends, quality, and competition. The person filling this position must be adaptable to ever changing business environments and ensure general business and customer communication and confidentiality. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a quarterly sales incentive based on meeting set goals determined by the organization's leadership. This position is a Salary Exempt position and will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.WHO YOU ARE:Self-Motivated- Someone who completes their responsibilities without being asked to do so. Someone who can build good, solid relationships with work level in the organization.SKILLS YOU BRING:Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university in salesmarketing strongly preferred.Minimum 5 years of sales experience but prefer more.Experience in building materials, construction, or glass sales.Proficient in the Microsoft Office SuitePrevious internship or co-op in sales or marketing desirable.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Building materials sales experience is helpful.WHAT WILL YOU DO:Hunt for new business (50%), Customer Maintenance (50%) - emphasis onMeet with customers, maintain relationships, negotiate and closeGather information on open deals and input information into CRM tool (Daily minimum)Deliver sales presentations to keyAnalyze customer data to manage salesInput information from sales visits and calls into CRM tool (Daily minimum)Develop and maintain strategic sales plans to align with Corporate and BranchPrepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed customer base expansion (market analysis).Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of theAssist in collection of payments from customers asInteract with internal company resources to achievePerform other duties assigned by theMay perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.WHY CHOOSE US:We offer the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
