Company Description we suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Paralegal at FrickTrentLizzio, PLLC located in Rock Hill, SC. The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for and assisting with all aspects of a real estate transaction. The Real Estate Paralegal will also work with clients, real estate agents, lenders and builders. Some occasional travel may be required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Paralegal studies or a related field or extensive experience with residental and commercial real estate transactions. Experience includes preparing closing documents and handling pre ans post closing matters. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to work well under pressure and prioritize competing deadlinesAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and to work well in a team environmentHigh level of attention to detail and ability to effectively manage large volumes of workProficiency in Soft Pro and Microsoft Office.Position inudes Health Benefits.
