HepQuant is a clinical laboratory start-up with headquarters in Denver and a CLIA lab in Aurora, Colorado. We have recently launch our first Laboratory Developed Test (LDT) to the US market. HepQuant develops non- invasive, quantitative tests that measure liver health. The HepQuant DuO test is a LDT that enables healthcare providers to manage patients with liver diseases more effectively. It delivers information about liver cell function and portal-systemic shunting, attributes of liver disease that are associated with clinical outcomes. Results may be used by a physician in conjunction with clinical evaluation and other tests to aid in the decision to proceed with or defer invasive procedures, to monitor treatment response, or to predict disease progression and adverse outcomes, such as ascites, encephalopathy, and variceal bleeding.Job DutiesHepQuant is searching for an Inside Sales Specialist who will work with the outside sales team to support business growth and profitability through their engagement with customer accounts- primarily hepatologists and gastroenterologists that order the HepQuant DuO test. The Inside Sales Specialist will be the supporting customer-facing contact for these accounts and will provide top-notch customer support during the pre-sale, onboarding and account retention phases, and work with internal teams to resolve service issues. ResponsibilitiesThis position reports to the Sales Director.Support in the relationship with the Sales Director key physician clients, including managing onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, kit replenishing, shipping issues, TRF missing information addressing, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them.Analyze each account's needs and customize care with outside sales.Work with the Sales Director on growth strategies and opportunities within existing accounts and net new business.Assist customers while making appropriate documentation in the CRM system; strong multi-tasking and data entry skills preferred.Follow up on all customer needs for planning for test collection, test kit replenishment, sales leads and helping to finish the sales process.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree; Healthcare experience is preferred. Skills and experienceA minimum of 2-5 years successful inside salessales support experience. Preferred experience working for a specialty lab.Experience in laboratory, physician or hospital inside sales preferred, andor B2B Account Sales. Strong data analysis skills that will help generate logical strategies and business plans. Outstanding communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to facilitate cross-functional team discussions. Most of your daily work will be communicating with customers and the team.Ability to work autonomously and promote and facilitate a team effort to drive company objectives.Ability to think strategically and bring a high level of creativity to the organization.Ability to uphold and support individual and company values.High degree of ethics and professionalism while interacting with customers and co-workers.Strong MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as required. Experience with a CRM system is a plus ( preferred).
