This role is pivotal in bridging our innovative strides in Smart AI Leak Detection technology with our workforce's skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our Innovation team to develop and implement training programs, initially focusing on FIDO Tech Leak Detection technology, and eventually building out a suite of Smart AI Infrastructure Technology training programs to support new business verticals.Key Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorilyDevelop and deliver specialized training programs in Smart AI Leak Detection, with a focus on the application of FIDO tech technologyTravel to the UK for up to 3 months for comprehensive learning of the FIDO Tech Leak Detection technologyFacilitate the establishment of an Innovation Training Center in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area within the next 1-2 yearsDesign and enhance training materials, lesson plans, and aids tailored to Smart AI Leak DetectionConduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and training opportunities in new Smart AI business verticalsEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs using performance metrics and feedback, implementing continuous improvementsDeliver instructor-led training sessions, both in-person and virtually, and utilize training & eLearning software effectivelyCollaborate with different teams to ensure the alignment of training programs with business goals and technological advancements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in training and development, with a preference for candidates with experience in technical or innovative domainsStrong competency in designing and delivering technical training programsExcellent presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in presentation softwareAbility to adapt training delivery methods to diverse audiencesExperience in program evaluation and training needs analysisAbility to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally CompetenciesSkills Experience working directly with frontline employees as well as senior and executive leadersProven track record of building learning programs, including curriculum development and working with subject matter expertsStrong understanding of instructional design principles and learning program evaluation methodologiesDetail-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsExpertise in Instructor-Led TrainingExcellent consulting skills and experience involving talent, learning and or leadership development strategies and solutionsStrong skills in Training Delivery and Training Needs AnalysisExperience in Designing Training Materials and Developing Lesson PlansProficient in using Presentation Software and Training & eLearning SoftwareStrong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills Work Requirements Must be 18 years in age or olderMust pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checkStrict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee HandbookWillingness to work independently within in a team environment and assist the team with other duties as requiredMust be willing to travel up to 75% The statements included in this job description are not intended to be all-inclusive.
