From small-scale renovation projects to large developments, we take pride in providing top-quality products and exceptional customer service to our clients. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role in Miami, FL for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for meeting with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing product recommendations, generating leads, preparing quotes, and closing sales. The Salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. QualificationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in sales or customer serviceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work well in a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of the construction industry and familiarity with doors and wall paneling is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferredHigh level of English language level is requiredSpanish speaking is a plus Position TypeExpected Hours of WorkThis position is full time. On average the Team Member will work 40 to 45 hours a week. Could possibly work on a weekend or respond to phone calls or emails in the evening. Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment as The Door District is committed to an in-person culture. Office operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm.
