Prague & Prague Law LLP seeks an experienced trust and estate attorney for its Wellesley, MA office. Prague & Prague Law LLP has an established and well respected trusts and estates practice with opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will be prepared to lead the trusts and estates practice, with the support of the current partners. We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic attorney to serve our extensive existing and growing client base of high net worth clients, family offices and business owners. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of sophisticated estate and trust planning and administration. Applicants must be self-directed, detailed oriented and organized. Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to comfortably interact with clients is required. The qualified candidate will have extensive experience in complex estate and trust planning and administration, and a strong knowledge of trust planning strategies and gifting. Tax compliance experience is helpful, but not mandatory. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel; prior experience with Wealth Docx is preferred.This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule.
