Chances are that the car you drive, the intelligent devices that pervade your living space and the factories that produce the goods you use will contain one or more of the chips that you contribute to.We are part of MCUMPU Engineering, a central design organization within NXP, developing products for multiple business lines in Automotive, Internet of Things (IoT), Networking, and Radio Frequency products, with expertise in hardware engineering, including architecture, IP, and full SoC Design.Job Summary:Deliver on fast-paced aggressive SoC Program development, schedule and costs KPIs starting with architectural definition through post-silicon validation.Demonstrate strong SoC design acumen and proficiency to synthesize complex multi-dimensional project risks, proactively identify mitigation actions and implement timely resolutions.Track and measure project success KPIs and provide on-time reports. Be a dynamic, influential leader who strives to find continuous improvements in NPI execution efficiency and ways of working.Cultivate and promote strong team collaboration and Total Qualityfirst time right execution mindset across global cross-functional SoC core team and stakeholders.Establish successful relations with internal and external partners to identify and address software and hardware interdependencies to SoC design. Job QualificationsExperience:BS or MS in Electrical or Computer EngineeringMinimum 15 years experience as a successful proven Program Management success in leading high complexity SoC DesignsMinimum 5 years design experience in complex SoC projects (e.g. SoC Architecture, IP, RTL through Physical Implementation, VerificationValidation).Must have prior Programming and Automation experience (Python, HTML, CC++) and intrinsic curiosity to find innovative ways to improve business processes and increase efficiency in ways of working.Must have MS Project andor SciForma or other Product and Portfolio Management Tool experiencePossess strong analytical eQ skills and excels in program management and operational excellenceMust be an experienced communicator able to articulate in a very concise and effective manner from core teams up to EVP levelsGifted talent to motivate and influence others, sustain high energy and can-do attitude to navigate through project difficultiesDemonstrate maniacal focus to deliver on execution goals and objectives - must be results and attention to detail orientedExperience in a highly matrixed organization is a plusPMIPMP certification - strongly preferred
