Burger King (operated by Texas Restaurant Holdings, LLC) is seeking a District Manager with 3+ years of relevant district managermulti-unit management experience in food service, to oversee restaurant operations of 6-7 Burger King restaurants.The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, will work with a sense of urgency and will possess strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.Texas Restaurant Holdings, LLC owns and operates 30+ Burger King restaurants in Houston and is growing! Come grow with us!Under the direction of the Director of Operations (DO), the DM is responsible for:Overall operational practices of 6-7 Burger King locations, such as staffing, full P&L, training and developmentCreate and manage budgetsEnsure all food safety procedures are executed according to company procedures and health regulations and takes corrective actions as appropriateInterview, hire, cross-train and discipline GMs and staff as neededVisit assigned stores as needed to ensure stores' overall quality, cleanliness and operations are continuously metWhat you can expectBenefits:Competitive base salary*Medical, dental, vision, RXBonusesPaid Time OffSo much more!*Salary based on relevant experienceWhat we expect from youRequirements:Min 3 years District ManagerMUM Manager experience (in high volume Fast Food &or Quick Casual concepts) Previous Burger King or Fast Food District Manager experience strongly preferredProven track record in financials, staffing, customer evaluation index results, food safety and voice of the customer programValid DL in good standing & access to private transportation requiredFlexibility to work any daysshifts as neededUndergo a background check, in accordance with local lawregulationsHS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal lawDemonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent skills in communication & interpersonal, conflict resolution and decision makingResults oriented and customer service focusedPrevious Burger King experience is a plus!
