Job Description:

We are a growing ecommerce company seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Project Manager Associate. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially during our busy seasons.Please fill out the survey at the bottom of the job description. Applicants will not be reviewed if the survey is not filled out.Responsibilities:Project Oversight and Assistance- Oversee tasks performed by other virtual assistants, agencies, UGC creators, and virtual assistants, ensuring proper execution and completion.- Assist CEO with projects, including making change to the website, products and standard operating procedures (SOP).Testing and Evaluation:- Conduct extensive testing and evaluation of new products scheduled for release this year, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.Contractor Management- Assist in researching and communicating with contractors on platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr, facilitating smooth collaboration and project execution.- Oversee and execute all projects from contractorsContent Organization- Organize all previous content, including videos, photos, documents, and notes, and maintain regular organization to ensure accessibility and munication Management- Check and respond to management-level messages and emails, including those from suppliers, contractors, and our third-party warehouse.- Handle higher-level email management concerns, including responding to emails in the CEO's inbox.Problem Solving and Technical Support- Resolve various Shopify issues, including opening tickets and following through on problem resolution.- Assist employees with problem-solving related to apps or the backend of the Shopify store, including opening helpdesk tickets and ensuring resolution.Meeting Coordination and Documentation:- Set up and attend meetings for potential CSR agencies and new email management software alongside the CEO, taking detailed notes during these sessions.Process Improvement:- Help create and refine processes for employees to follow year-round, contributing to smoother and more efficient operations.- Ensure that all processes, projects, and jobs are completed efficiently during our busy seasons.Administrative Support:- Make any necessary changes and updates to SOPs, FAQs, live chat, and help desk resources as needed.- Add essential meetings to the CEO's calendar and handle mail sorting and occasional mailing of packages to third-party warehouses.Content Creation Management:- Communicate with content creators, oversee projects from start to finish, and ensure all content is organized and ready for use during the season.- Research and hire video editorscontractors for content creation needs.Requirements:- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Forms.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-Ability to problem solve and stay organized- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Prior experience in project management or administrative roles is preferred.- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.-Shopify and ecommerce experience a plus, but not requiredIf you are a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting multifaceted operations,, we encourage you to apply for the position of Project Manager Associate.
