As a big picture thinker, our Project Manager maintains the ability to work together as a team our subcontractors and superintendents in the field. While working as a lead member of a project team, a Project Manager is responsible will provide clients with scope and specification development, permit execution, vendor coordination and quality assurance control systems.A successful Project Manager will possess the natural ability to effectively utilize time management and communication skills; scheduling projects and creating and monitoring budgets.
