Leads team in owning merchandise presentation, optimization & on-site technology to deliver strategies to drive an optimal off-price customer experience.The candidate needs to have a deep understanding of ecommerce and business KPIs, with the ability to tie digital experiences to business objectives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering strategy and highly articulate when it comes to communicating with cross functional partners. In addition, they will have extensive knowledge of ecommerce tools, including search, merchandising, content, and publishing.Responsibilities include:Uncover and drive business opportunities to inform analyses, testing and customer-centric optimization strategies to drive profitable salesEnsures delivery of Merchandise Presentation strategy that reflects merchandise assortment, off-price strategy as well as close partnerships with the Merchant & Planning leadership that ultimately drive engagement and conversion on siteOwns on -site technology performance including Search, Recommendations, Multivariate testing - partners with 3rd party vendors to drive revenue through increased usageResponsible for the continual improvement of the consumer journey of , using off-price strategy, data & analytics, digital customer-satisfaction metrics and customer behavior dataCommunicates and establishes relationships across several areas of the business to develop robust strategies and articulate business insights. Includes: Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, IT, Fulfillment, Photo Studio, Global Communications, Store OperationsDemonstrates a clear and constant understanding of the competitive landscape - uses this to propose new strategies, standard methodologies, opportunities or technology innovationsDevelops and leads team for future growth within the department and organization - sets standard for driving continuous improvement.Coaches staff on performance and professional development. Motivates and mentors staff to achieve efficiency and productivity.
