Account ManagerMCS Advertising is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. As an integral part ofour agency, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients,ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.The individual who fills this position must be driven and exemplify strong leadership qualities, be able towork in a fast-paced environment, handle stress well, multitask, and fit into the agency's establishedculture. The position is designed for someone with prior client marketing and management experience,so the ideal candidate will come in hungry for opportunity and willing to put in the work for it.If you are an excellent written and verbal communicator, and able to deal with a wide variety ofpersonalities, pressure, and unique situations, then you might just be the one.Responsibilities:• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering positive and lastingrelationships.• Understand each client's business objectives, challenges, and industry landscape to provide strategicguidance and solutions.• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and strategy, to develop and executeclient campaigns and projects.• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.• Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, working closely with clients topresent new ideas and recommendations.• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and analysis to clients, highlightingsuccesses and areas for improvement.• Act as an advocate for the client within the agency, ensuring their needs and goals are always top ofmind.• Stay up to date on industry strategy and best practices to continually enhance client service andcampaign effectiveness.• Handle any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally, seeking resolution to maintain clientsatisfaction.• Contribute to new business efforts, including proposal development, pitches, and presentations, asneeded.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.• 5 years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role within an advertising,marketing, or creative agency environment.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clientsand internal teams.• Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, with a focus on deliveringresults and driving client satisfaction.• Excellent project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, andmeet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approachto client service.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat and project management tools.• A passion for creativity, marketing, and advertising, with a desire to stay informed about industrytrends and innovations.• Ability to work full-time and in person at our office location, collaborating effectively with teammembers and clients on-site.• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license as occasional travel to client meetings isrequired.Benefits:• Paid parking for employees.• Retirement investment plan options to support long-term financial goals.• Comprehensive health benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
