Job DescriptionAssist in the development of the overall CPM schedule and manage the schedule through construction including the drafting and maintaining of a 2-3 week look ahead schedule.Prepare necessary reports (Daily Reports, Time Sheets, Work Orders)Develop and maintain the site logistics plan for the project.Perform constructability reviews.Conduct daily meetings with subcontractors and tradesmen on site.Conduct foreman's meetings.Knowledge of construction means and methods and able to verify compliance with the plans, specifications, and construction tolerances.Issue and follow-up on RFI's, submittals, and as-builts.Administer the safety program for the project.Conduct quality control programs.Document and complete all punch lists in a timely mannerSchedule, attend, and manage city and deputy inspections.RequirementsMinimum of 10 years of construction industry experience and experience overseeing projects over $30mm in value.OHSA 30 training.Experience with construction projects, mechanicalelectrical systems, building materials, rough carpentry, high-end finishes.Ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints, manuals, productmaterial installation and engineeringarchitectural drawings.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.General knowledge of safety regulations, local and state building codes, environmental codes.Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, tabletphone useTakes pride in your work, ability to problem solve, a strong sense of urg
