Our client, a footwear company, is seeking a Temp Licensing Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis in Stratham, New Hampshire.Responsibilities:Sample management: Unpack track store all incoming samplesManage AddDrop File & Emails: Help team with general emails to our licensing partners inclusive of a weekly share-out emailLine Plan Uploads: Upload line plans to MDMLegal Approvals: Gather all legal approvals from partners and send to legal while tracking feedback.Marketing liaison: Help marketing as needed with gathering samples for upcoming photoshootsGeneral Ad Hoc: Be ready to take notes, prep for upcoming partner meetings, provide general support for our product line specialist and product managersQualifications:1+ years of experience in licensing or background in legal administrationBachelors degree requiredExcellent communication & organization skillsMust be able to work on site in Stratham, New HampshirePlease submit your resume for consideration.You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
