Our work includes a variety of services throughout the Midwest with our foundation being in treatment plants, structural concrete work, design build and general contracting.What's in it for you:An employer and team that will invest in you; beyond just great benefits, we will listen and accommodate your needs to the best of our abilityA company that is growing with excellent job stabilityInfluence to help make decisions and streamline processesAdvancement opportunities to grow your career with a construction company deep-rooted in the industryYour responsibilities in this role:Primary representative of Dugan & Meyers on each project who is fully responsible for every phase of the project's operation and completionServes as the company liaison with co-workers, clients, and project stakeholders to seamlessly coordinate and effectively communicate the flow of informationInitiates cost control and reporting procedures in conjunction with the Estimating and Accounting teamsManages financial aspects of contracts, including change orders, contractor and supplier payments, equipment rentals, back charges, etc. Prepares monthly financial projections for leadership reviewWorks with the Corporate Safety Director and Regional Safety Manager to ensure the project's safety program is carried out and establishedFormulates goals and objectives for the project and actively manages the project schedule including the critical path and all the milestones to ensure project goals are exceeded or metCoordinates staffing requirements and actively serves as a mentor for the project's teamWhat you need to qualify:5-7 years of relative job experience in the construction industry- industrial treatment workKnowledge of construction, design, finance, and management with a thorough understanding of corporate and industry practicesBS degree in engineering or construction managementProven ability to coach, train and mentor othersHighly collaborative work style with excellent communication skills, tact, and diplomacy are essentialDugan & Meyers is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and member of the Drug Free Safety Program.
