The interior design team at Interior Elements constitutes the backbone of our entire organization and strives to create the most creative, efficient, and effective commercial interior spaces in the nation. Using the IE "Holistic Project Management" model, our Interior Designers are integrally involved with client and project interactions from the inception of a project to the final integration of product within a space. IE Interior Designers take ownership of various tasks throughout the programming and design process of a project including space planning, budget development, product and finish selection, rendering, and project management. Because of their importance to us, IE recruits and employs only the top interior designers in our industry. This is an in-office position with hours typically between 8 - 5.IE Interior Designers are at the heart of IE success, efficiency, and operations and, thus, earn an aggressive and industry-leading compensation package. This package includes a guaranteed salary commensurate with experience level and is supplemented with performance bonuses.
