The Project ManagerArchitect will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects, including design, planning, and execution. Their day-to-day tasks will include developing scopes of work and schedules, working with the design architect to create incredible design solutions, collaborating with the engineering teams, conducting site visits, reviewing submittals, managing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.Qualifications10+ years of Project Management ExperienceProficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)Experience in Project Management and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)Vast knowledge of construction submittals and related processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience with architectural software and toolsNearly or a licensed architect
