Job Description:

We are looking to add a Bilingual (Spanish) entry level research assistant to our growing team! This is a great opportunity to jump into the clinical research space without prior experience especially if you have worked as a medical assistant or research assistant in the past. This is not a patient facing role so prior experience with phlebotomy or vitals is not required. This is a full time onsite role, competitive salary and full benefits. Recruitment Specialists are responsible for completing all phone recruitment activities. This includes but is not limited to; providing subjects a brief overview of the study, answering basic study questions, collecting and entering all subject information into the site database, assessing the subjects' study interest, and initial study eligibility and scheduling the subjects' appointments.Responsibilities Conducts all phone activities, including answering all incoming calls, and responding to all study inquiries, including voicemails, emails, portals and website pletes phone calls with potential subjects, providing them a brief overview of the study, assessing study eligibility including, but not limited to, reviewing their medical history, surgical history, concomitant medications, and a review of the study phone screening document, including the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Collects and enters all subject data and referral sources in the site database and schedules all screening visits for all pletes follow-up calls per site processes as needed Attends all site study start-up meetings.QualificationsExcellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple phones lines.Research experience helpful, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent computer and data entry skillsFundamental understanding of medical concepts is essential.Prior experience in phone-based roles is preferred.Fluent in SpanishBenefitsHealth Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) with Employer contributionPaid Time Off401(k)
