Hope Therapeutics - NRx PharmaceuticalsRole DescriptionHOPE Therapeutics, Inc is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to join the team. The Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for leading and managing all commercial activities across the organization, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer success. This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Miami, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Chief Commercial Officer will report directly to the Co-CEO, and will work cross-functionally with all departments to drive growth and revenue for the business.Qualifications10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, business development, or customer success, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleMust have started in pharmaceutical sales (not marketing) with a history of success at the district level in addition to proven success in managing a sales force. Must have had P&L responsibility in excess of $500 million in prior positions. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and developing and executing on commercial strategies.Must have prior leadership experience in CNSpsychiatryDemonstrated expertise in creating and implementing go-to-market plans, designing and optimizing sales processes, and developing and executing marketing campaignsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire internal and external stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisionsBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, MBA preferredAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExperience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is highly desirable
