We have been engaged by a Boston-based, boutique strategy consulting firm to conduct a search for Associate Consultants (1-4 years of post-undergrad experience).   The firm works with Fortune 500 as well as mid-size ($500MM-5Bn) companies. They are active across all sectors; they also work with private equity firms advising on diligence and post-deal strategy.   Ideal candidates for the Associate position will typically have:   excellent academic records, usually from top 10 schools 1-4 years of post-undergraduate work experience strong analytical and interpersonal skills This position offers:the opportunity to work on high profile projects with blue-chip clients engagement in small project teams with high levels of interactions with clients and Partners significant levels of responsibility meaningful work-life balance Top performing Associates are frequently promoted internally, or continue on to top 5 B-schools.
