They thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take on tasks with energy and enthusiasm.Meeting Coordination and Follow up: Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and detailed notes, and following up on action items.Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and optimize the executives' calendars, prioritizing commitments to ensure that meetings, deadlines, presentations, and other duties are carried out seamlessly.Event Coordination: Plan, execute, and oversee group events, off-sites, and team-building activities in collaboration with admin team.Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism.Execute confidential administrative duties involving Excel, Word and PowerPoint including typing letters, creatingupdating spreadsheets, preparing professional notes to circulate broadly, and building presentations and other content, including items related to other business interests.Build strong relationships and maintain professionalism while engaging with employees, candidates, customers, investors, Board Members and others directly and on behalf of the President.Oversee the President's office operations, ensuring equipment is functional and any issues are addressed promptly.Manage the President's office inventory, including overseeing the ordering and stocking meals, snacks, beverages, and any other supplies.REQUIREMENTSBABS degree5+ years' C-level executive assistant experienceHigh degree of propriety and professionalismExceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailStrong communicationinterpersonal skillsStrong multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize new tasks as they come inPositive, can-do attitudeSolid knowledge of MS suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookMust be based in Los AngelesMust be willing to travel to other company sites, vendors, and customers, as necessary - up to 25% travel
